  • What Hair Brand Do I Need To Get For Braids And How Many Packs?

  • You usually need to get three packs of pre-stretched braiding hair from any of the brands listed below. 
    •
    • Xpression 2x or 3x pre-stretch braiding hair 
    • Sensationnel 2x or 3X RUWA pre-stretch braiding hair 
    • FreeTess Braid 301 Natural Texture 2x or 3x braiding hair
  • How Long Does Knotless Braids Last? 
    •
      1. With great care, knotless braids can last up to 6 to 8 weeks depending on your natural hair texture.
  • What Size Knotless Braids Should I Get To Attain A Fuller Look?
    •
      1. Small size knotless braids give a fuller look and it lasts longer up to 3 months. You also get more versatility with styling
  • What’s the difference between Swiss lace, Transparent lace, and a HD lace?
    •
      1. Swiss lace - is the lace used to make lace wigs. 
      2. Transparent lace - is a thinner version of swiss lace. Unlike the regular swiss lace, transparent lace has fewer knots allowing you to have an undetectable finish. Though transparent lace is thin, it's best suitable for lighter skin tones like Caucasians and Asians. It could be worn by darker skins tones but it will have to be tinted to match that individual skin complexion
      3. HD lace - is thinner, softer, and very see-through compared to Transparent lace. It matches every skin tone. Due to the lace being soft and thin, HD lace is the best lace to get when searching for that flawless natural-looking finish. It requires proper care because the lace is very fragile. HD lace does cost more, so we recommend it for special occasions only like weddings, prom, birthdays, and/or photoshoots. 

  • Can I Provide My Own Wigs For Installations?

      1. Yes you can
  • How Do I Prep My Wig Before An Appointment?
    •
      1. All Wigs are required to be dropped off two days in advance for prepping; which includes bleaching wig knots and plucking
  • How Much Does It Cost to Dye My Wig for installation?
    •
      1. Prices begin at $100, we recommend calling for a proper consultation
  • Is Wig Prep Included In The Installation Price?
    •
      1. Yes
  • How Many Bundles Do I Need For A Weave Installation?
    •
      1. 3 bundles 
      2. For closure sew-in, you need 3 bundles plus a closure 
      3. For longer bundles (20inch+), we recommend 4 bundles 
  • What Is A Closure?
    •
      1. A Closure is a hairpiece that is used to close a sew-in. If you are someone who doesn’t want to leave their hair out for a sew-in then closure is your best option. It gives the illusion of a natural-looking scalp without the need to leave your hair out. Most people with natural hair tends to get closures because it blends better with the weave and also it prevents them from getting heat damage which can occur when you leave a portion of your hair out to cover the tracks (Traditional Sew-in aka Sew-in with leave out)
  • It’s My First Time Wearing A Wig, What Type Should I Get?
    •
      1. Wigs are so fun and versatile. If you're considering getting your first wig installed, we HIGHLY recommend starting with a Closure Wig. It's a 4x4 lace that allows you to part in the middle and on the sides. It requires minimal effort with the same realism as natural parting. Down the line when you feel comfortable with the closure, is when we recommend transitioning to a 13x4 frontal; with a frontal, the lace extends from ear to ear giving you that natural full baby hair look. Just know though, frontal requires work, A LOT of maintenance. 
  • What are READY TO WEAR WIGS?
    •

    They are wigs that are ready to wear. Meaning their knots have been bleached, colored, and styled. It comes with an elastic band. The lace won’t be cut, so that will be the only thing you’ll have to do. The styling comes as shown in the picture. 
  • How Can I Book An Appointment?

      1. Bookings are only accepted online. We do not accept walk-ins or phone bookings. To book an appointment, click on the “Book Now” tab on the top of the page for pricing, service descriptions, and availability 
  • Can Items In Stock Be Picked Up?
    •
      1. Yes, be sure to select the “Pick Up” option at check out. Pick up is done at the salon location

  • How Long Will It Take For Me To Receive My Package? 
    •
      1. We have a standard 48-72 hours processing time prior to the shipment of all orders. This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays. Please review our shipping methods to receive an estimated timeframe of when to receive your package. NO SHIPMENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS
